Return Policy

• Time Frame: You have 14 days from the date of delivery to return your item.
• Condition: Items must be returned in their original condition, unused, with the cap, seal and/or pump/nozzle intact and unopened.
• Exclusions: Sale items, personalized items, and perishable goods cannot be returned unless they are defective.

How to Submit A Return

• Contact Us: Reach out to us at hello@verdin.la to initiate a return.
• Receive Return Authorization: We will provide you with a Return Authorization number and return instructions.
• Ship the Product Back: Pack the item securely and include any forms we've provided. Ship the package to our address as instructed.

Refund Process

Upon receiving your return and inspecting the condition of your item, we will process your refund or exchange. Please allow at least seven (7) days from the receipt of your item to process your return or exchange. Refunds may take 1-2 billing cycles to appear on your credit card statement, depending on your credit card company.

• Refunds: We will notify you by email when your return has been processed and the refund has been issued to your original payment method.
• Exchanges: If you requested an exchange, we would ship your replacement item once the returned item is received and processed.

Defective or Damaged Products

If you receive a defective or damaged product, please contact us immediately at hello@verdin.la. We will arrange for a replacement or refund after verifying the defect or damage.

Shipping Costs for Returns

The customer is responsible for paying the shipping costs for returning an item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Final Sale Items

Please note that final sale items cannot be returned or exchanged unless they are received defective or damaged.
